How many surgeries would it take to get you to at least normie tier looks?
For me there is one costing around 2k that is low risk with pretty good pay off, the other one is 9k and leaves a scar.
So if I stick to just one then I would be around a 3 out of 10.

You probably have decent if not above average looks but think you aren't good looking enough, I guess this is where grooming and clothing style comes in play.
