Discussion time is passing too quickly

Lately I've had the feeling that time is passing too quickly, does anyone feel like that?

For example, if I get up at 3am to go to the kitchen and drink some water, when I look at the clock it's 3.30am. That's very strange, if I sit down and count from 1 to 10 and look at the clock it seems like I've been counting longer than I really have.
Every day the time gets shorter for me, I'm scared.
