Knee pain

My knee started to hurt recently especially the last few weeks. Not sure why but it seems it's getting slowly worse. Something in the joint, it hurts when I bend my leg and when I put weight on it and walk. Some days it's more noticeable. I guess this is what happens after years of rotting.

It‘s only sometimes and I think it could be mentally. I played football before and after, it actually happened during training.
Was the first and only time (so far) in my life that I experienced true pain, like my vision went white for a sec and I couldn‘t even scream. Probably got some trauma from that.
