Studying can be useful, maybe not studying but going to college or something. Can usually get some sort of financial support and put off having to work for a few years without being a broke neet. Still though most of us will have to return to work someday and without any higher qualifications (even something like a trade or low level IT work) you'll probably be condemned to work in a warehouse, supermarket or fast food shop which are all especially miserable low paid jobs

Good job also means you're probably more scared to lose it and will bend over for your bosses. Only advantage of shit jobs is that you never really care if you get sacked so work's not too stressful unless you have a family to take care of or debt maybe
