I’ve been gymcelling for about 2 months and today I managed to bicep curl 46lbs (not including the actual bar) for 6 reps in each arm.
Before this my progress stagnated at like 40lbs since I started so i’m kinda happy although it’s still pretty shit.
Still progress encourages me.
