Mine was 7 months between October 2018 and May 2019. I worked in the despatch warehouse of a bread factory, the work wasn't that bad but I was hounded out of the job by bullying agressive normies who hated me because of my a-social personality and lack of social skills.

The one thing I disliked about this job is that it required me to think all day long, reading order sheets. That meant I had no time to think about my own interests, not only did the job take up the time of my body, it also took up my brain space for all that time too.

I worked in construction for 4 years under my family's company. Had to work with a bunch of mexicans that would insult me because I was too fucking slow. I still remember my dad telling me to cut my dick off and become a woman because I was experiencing anxiety. Fuck you old hag.

Did you get bullied by normies?
I would say so but more in a subversive, indirect, hidden, hard to detect kind of way. Like not talking me as serious as the other colleagues, being weird to me, being over-critical with me, giving me weird looks...it’s hard to explain. They basically made me feel inferior and that I don’t belong there.

Also the job itself was completely against my own nature because I’m more of a laid back, calm, introverted type of guy. Turned out they wanted a loudmouth, fast talker, super-confident, extroverted type of person. [UWSL][UWSL][UWSL][UWSL]I only kept going on so that I could make more money.[/UWSL][/UWSL][/UWSL][/UWSL]

damn that sucks.

i was thinking that jobs where you can just turn your brain off and get through the shift would probably be ideal.

but to answer the question, like 4 years in caretaking.

The longest I've worked for is 2 days, I tried working 7 jobs when I was younger. I'd always get an immediate feeling "Yeah, this isn't the life for me." and walk out. Usually within 1-2 hours. Now I get neetbux so I don't have to worry about working.

My night shift job was 15 months. I only survived there so long because there was minimal interaction with my colleagues. It was like being at a truecel convention; deformed guys, people who’d been in prison, Romanians etc Once one of the Romanians tried to start a fight with me lol The management were cunts, but the pay was really good and I could afford expensive escorts on the weekend. Those hookers were so expensive they used to ask what my job was due to me being so young. I pretended I had something really good and high status JFL:feelslol::feelslol:

Doesn't sound that bad to me. What made you quit? Was it your messed up sleeping pattern?

Yeah man, the disruption of proper sleep was a big part. I was into the gym at the time and felt it was damaging my progress. Also, one of the managers got overly aggressive one night and I thought ...fuck it, I’m done. Never showed up again. I’d done more than a year which looked good on my cv so managed to break into office/sales type work. I then did those jobs for another few years. But working nights can be really good with the extra pay, limited interaction with others etc

Yes, I know the feeling of disrupted sleep patterns very well. I once had a 3-shift work schedule in a stamping factory for the automotive industry.
Had to stand in front of a press putting hundreds of automotive metal parts in it. I actually enjoyed the [UWSL][UWSL]monotonous nature of this job but I just couldn't do it for too long. I quit because of the brutal shift rotation. You worked one week in the morning shift, then one week the afternoon shift, then one week the night shift. Then the rotation started again..[/UWSL][/UWSL]

That's it, I felt the same way about the monotony of my night shift work. I would just dwell on everything and funnily enough, the time would fly. The worst for me were split shift, where you did a night of work, then one off, then maybe three shifts in a row. That destroys any chance of a routine. Better to do night shifts back to back in a block. Glad I'm not doing it these days.
