It's not about eating less it's about eating correctly in other words keep your consumption below 2500 calories a day and you'll loose weight it's that simple@Neetgod thoughts?

Cut out bread, pasta, milk, sauces sugary drinks, and you will loose weight simple as that

I would advise against single meal per day, instead do multiply but small. More likely to condition your body to accept it as normal. Single meal isn't as sustainable, there is high chance that you will just regain weight after reaching you goal, because you will slowly slip back to old eating pattern.Day 1: 88.4
