It's not about eating less it's about eating correctly in other words keep your consumption below 2500 calories a day and you'll loose weight it's that simple

Cut out bread, pasta, milk, sauces sugary drinks, and you will loose weight simple as that:feelscowboy:

sorry @Haruhi Suzumiya i posted the previous message to a wrong thread

just got back home. that was a nice five-six hour walk. I did go to a restaurant to eat. And I ate a lot lol 😆 but yeah. I'm about to brew myself a tea and then I'll go to sleep. I'm sure my feet are going to feel super sore from this tomorrow :feelsheh:

I try to eat only once a day.
I would advise against single meal per day, instead do multiply but small. More likely to condition your body to accept it as normal. Single meal isn't as sustainable, there is high chance that you will just regain weight after reaching you goal, because you will slowly slip back to old eating pattern.

i don't eat gluten (or carbs for that matter), soy or dairy.
yeah.... im just THAT based... :feelsuhuh:

Whats happening man, you are gaining weight instead...
I eat a lot and exercise very little. Now my strategy is to replace some carbs with veggies. So I've been eating lots of veggies. I hope this helps :feelseye:
