This is not life. Doing these things isn't living, it's escaping life: browsing reddit/youtube and surfing the internet, posting on forums, playing video games, watching TV/anime/movies, reading manga/comics/web novels/light novels/fantasy. And masturbating to porn or hentai or whatever.

Those are the things that I do all day. And they're not living. Hell, they probably bring 1/10th of the dopamine they bring normal people, because nobody should do those things as much as I have done them in this life. Moderation won't even work, I won't ever enjoy these things again, I need to give them up altogether cause they're boring as fuck and will always be so for me.

But I seem to hate doing things irl as well. Nothing seems interesting either. And when you add anxiety and my many other mental illnesses, irl activities are just horrible.

So how can we live? This isn't life.

I know that making money online is basically a meme at this point but still...we somehow need to find a way to create multiple passive income streams. Because then we escape wageslaving and can enjoy our copes without feeling guilt or shame.

But apart from that I think your dopamine receptors are heavily damaged. On top of that your brain is fried and damaged from years of isolation, depression, anxiety... I'm in the same boat bro.
