How many different political ideologies have been peddled by people that claim it will save the world and lead everyone to some never ending paradise of bliss? There's dozens of passable paths but they all rest on one important prerequisite that politics can't solve, the human condition. If everyone could get along in some fantasy land, communism would be great. If we could all share and barter without trying to fuck over our neighbor, anarchism would be great. If we didn't put poison in our foods to save a penny and tried to make an honest and fair product, capitalism would be great.
