Okay so maybe depression is not the right word but these things helped with my days feeling dull/wasted.
1. Waking up and sleeping early: There is nothing else to do but LDAR if you wake up at like 4 pm.
2. Eating a good diet: You always feel like you're making progress on something if you successfully do your diet.
3. Being occupied: Always having a game ready to play/ Anime to watch
It's a short list but that's really it
