The looksmaxer is thirsty. It's warm and humid in nature. He gazes at the horizon... No maidens in sight to admire his recently healed nosejob and chin implants. Suddenly he finds a pond. Finally, potable water! As he crouches to drink, he sees his reflection. He stares intently, swings his head from left to right, squints his eyes and flexes his steroid-filled muscles. "Looking good," he thinks. It would be a shame to disrupt the only place where he can appreciate his proportional aesthetics and mathematically perfect ratios. Alas, he was human after all. With considerable apprehension, he started to drink. His botox-filled lips made it harder to suck the liquid into his mouth but he persisted. After all, he wouldn't have achieved his looksmaxing journey if he wasn't determined. Hydrated, he let out a sigh of relief. Another day has passed and still no sign of other human life to mog.
