Tagging people is buggy

We can't be expected to remember everyones usernames perfectly. The designers of this forum are aware of this. So whenever you put an @ and start partially typing someones username, it gives a list of users. This list is very helpful. The problem is it doesn't always work. The list doesn't always appear. This should be fixed.
