just showed my heart rate went to 40 bpm while laying in bed randomly. i've been wearing it for 2 days and the lowest tracked was 47 while sleeping, and now i was awake just chillin and it goes to 40.. the fuck.. probably ded soon bros its over

im convinced i got a srs chance of just dropping dead at any moment (5-10%).. my cardiologist said i have undefinitive myocarditis and need to get cardiac mri for further knowings but i have to wait another 55 days for that. no clue the fuck should i do

ironically i cant do anything interesting as a way to cope with potential death as any exercise or doing drugs would increase the chances of dying a lot
