When the teachers tried to get you to pick a "dream job" and you went to job fairs with your classmates
Even back then, I didn't want to wagecuck or had career aspirations; so why would I want to now?
JFL at my parents :feelslol:

My generation was quite unique in my country because many my age were the first generation in their family line to have high paid careers. Our ancestors were tradesman, construction workers, etc. My parents left school in the 70s and didn't do any exams, you just went straight into a job then aged 16/17.
My generation were always told that university was the answer but really they should have been trying to push people to trades jobs too.

I wasn't suited for any job though, I am not skillful enough for trades work and not high IQ enough for science/tech jobs.
