If, your bathroom isn't ugly or old mess then it'd be pretty inviting for you to have bathroom almost everday.
If you're a cozy neet, then might be just taking baths everyday with scented candles and whatnot.
But if you're a gross household neet, then you're likely to feel lazy to do anything and ofc you'd be spending most of your time on your pc doing escapism.

Also, winter is the worst season to get dirty. If you're staying inside all day in a warm room, you're likely to get dirty but the worst part is that you have to go to a cold bathroom.
The other thing is if you're not a crusty ass mofo who's has a skin condition that makes it obsolete to have showers. Afaik, some races like blacks even smell after a shower...

Years ago when my family were hoarders it was, snuggling in a mountain pile of dirty clothes was awesome, ofc now that I'm grown it's disgusting to me.
