I actually found the perfect routine to help me game. I usually don’t play online and only play splinter cell conviction and call of duty games. But here it is
1. I sit on a Swiss ball the entire time
2. Grip a gripper (200 lbs each hand for one rep)
3. Charge my batteries
4. I drink coffee (2 cups)
5. Get a pack of twizzers (1 lbs)
6. Stream on twitch
7. Set a timer on 2 hours
8. Play the hardest difficulty and if available play with my friend from work
9. Cut the stream and shower/hit the hay
What do you guys think?
