-do only bench press/deadlift/squat for 6+ years
-what is the worst that can happen
-plateau
-start working on other exercises and doing light cardio
-all my muscles start freaking out and correcting all the muscle imbalances by themselves
-feel tightness at some point in every part of my body
-have to spend literally all day heating parts of my body up with a rice sock
-good news is I think ive almost completed filling in all the muscle groups that were lacking
its been fucking awful, best way I can describe it is this statue:
