Valid point about voice actresses, personally I try to detach their voice from IRL person. For example there are numerous voices I instantly recognize but I have never bothered to look up or check the actual actor so my mind doesn't make mental connection between voice and person but instead between voice and the character with whom my mind associates that voice.
