Yes I often have a sense of existential dread and impending, imminent doom and a total catastrophic meltdown that leads to a negative despair filled fearful emotional state

I want to
Life is long. Think of how long an hour is... life is sure to have at least a hundred moments of happiness. I'd like to go kayaking or skiing... try out my frail feeble body in some dangerous sport. Then I would feel alive. But I'm reassured that even if you feel like shit for months, or years, there'll be moments in between of enlightenment...

Wait for Thanatos vaccine in 2035 and simulation parable in 2043.
The Chicxulub impactor had an estimated diameter of 11–81 kilometers (6.8–50.3 mi), and delivered an estimated energy of 21–921 billion Hiroshima A-bombs (between 1.3×1024 and 5.8×1025 joules, or 1.3–58 yottajoules).[2] For comparison, this is ~100 million times the energy released by the Tsar Bomba, a thermonuclear device ("H-bomb") that remains the most powerful human-made explosive ever detonated, which released 210 petajoules (2.1×1017 joules, or 50 megatons TNT).[23] The impact created a hole 100 kilometers (62 mi) wide and 30 kilometers (19 mi) deep, leaving a crater mainly under the sea and covered by 600 meters (2,000 ft) of sediment by the 21st century.[24] In addition, the impact created winds in excess of 1000 kilometers per hour near the blast's center.[25]
