I despise having company over

In a couple hours I’ll be having family come stay the night at the house and I’m already mentally preparing myself and getting snacks so I can lock myself in my room and not interact with anybody. Anybody else full on isolation mode? I hate when anybody comes over to the house if it’s not my parents or my siblings. I don’t like interacting with people outside of the normal household but I know how to fake a good time if I absolutely have to. All my family don’t really mind but i they’re all outgoing and such so it can feel quite alienating. I suppose I'm the family hermit. It seems like every family has one. Anybody in the same boat?

Thanksgiving was chill for me, I read a good novel, meditated some, and then I spent the rest of it walking with my mom, it was relaxing
