I just can't, whenever I am not doing anything I start thinking about it and how it makes no sense. I think its starting to affect mental health. Today during my regular forestwalkmaxxing session I was talking to myself out loud (its really good cope tbh) and I tried to come to a conclusion on this topic but even after 2h of talking I got nowhere. There no way time dilation is real or space time exists. It all seems ridiculous

idk much about that topic, but isn't it (according to the theory) more like you are aging at different times rather than explicitly aging slower, so your actual perception of time doesn't change
