How often do you take afternoon naps ?

I fall asleep after coming home from school very often, I woke up just half an hour or so ago, slept around 3hours in total. Need to somehow compensate for the non sufficient sleep I'm getting at night. What about you guys?

Very very rarely I will take ~1-2h afternoon nap. I usually avoid sleeping during the day because I feel like trash after waking up.

I always wondered why that is, even if it's not much warmer than during the night and I don't fall asleep with all my clothing on, I still end up feeling dizzy and having a headache after waking up during the evening/afternoon.
