In all seriousness, it depends what allele you have from your parents, if your parents both have blue eye allele, then you’re gonna get it no matter what.

Basically that guy had mutation a few thousands years ago, and he had children and they had children with the gene, and some had blue, and others had brown, eventually blue eyes just got with blue eyes till brown eyes got extinct in that area
