Which is the better approach and why?
I think they're both solid approaches, but I prefer fasting because it's more simplistic. When I am spreading out my calories, I don't like thinking every hour or two about what I should eat right now. I'd like to confine those thoughts to a small time window, because they really do distract me from what I'm doing. But not everyone is an overthinking schizo like me.
