Does anyone start to feel pain and stiffness after sitting for a while? If I change my posture the pain just goes to another area. Honestly now I would never take a desk job considering this.

Yes. Its not just sitting, having your body stay in the same position is unhealthy no matter if its sitting/sleeping/standing.

Honestly idk how people work desk jobs 8 hr's a day without having a mental breakdown. Your only time to relax is your one hour break.

This is why I used to take frequent toilet breaks, I would walk across whole office building to the furthest toilet.

That's still too short to ease your back though? It takes me 20 minutes to almost get back to normal. Fuck I waste so much time on something so dumb lol

Yes, I was always in constant pain. It didn't help that because of my cripple genetics I am even more prone to back and leg pain.

Yeah I can't focus on anything mental either because I am always thinking of my back or neck pain. Brutal. This doesn't happen to everyone either as I'm sure you can see.
