Serious Does anyone else become extremely avoidant with people irl?

Can't bear recieving notifcation messages from people, can't stand small talk. I see replying to people who want to befriend me as a stressful chore especially since you have a persona to constantly keep up. If I told them straight up how I feel about stuff like I do here, for example, there'd obviously be sticky consequences

Not really I rarely see any of my friends in real life as it is and I'm not plagued by those issues since none of them really care what views I hold, whether I reply quickly, whether we're sat in silence or whether we're keeping up with a persona. Rarely talk to my family except my sisters simply because we have nothing to talk about
