Serious Do you have trouble sleeping because of LDAR lifestyle?

Often at night I am wide awake and can't sleep because of doing nothing all day. When I do some exercise like mowing the lawn I usually can sleep better. Mowing the lawn sure takes it out of a 262lbs man like me because my lawn mower moves very quickly so I almost have to jog to keep up with it.

but i have trouble sleeping if i let stress or anxiety get the better of me.

I usually sleep like a baby because I keep on pulling all-nighters from all the energy drinks and caffeine I consume. So when I actually go to sleep I’m dead tired from not sleeping for over 30+ hours or so.
