I have a low T quiet autistic monotone beta voice and it has caused me so many problems in life with socialising and it is one of the causes of my avoidance personality. I think depression even makes it worse, I have no energy to talk louder.

For example yesterday when I was getting my third dose covid vaccine you had to say your name when entering the building and Mr Autist here had to say my name 3 times before she understood what I was saying. What is worse the woman behind me only had to say hers once.

I think I have a legit vocal disorder that prevents me from speaking loud and clearly. My shouting voice is like a normies medium level talking voice.

I wonder is there any treatment that could make your voice stronger.

I don't think that is the root cause because it was the same when I wasn't depressed in my youth. I got bullied for my voice as a teen which lowered my confidence. I hate people, they bully you when you don't talk and they bully you when you do talk.
