Did you ever break a bone ?

I once broke my leg when i got hit by a car, i also had a nasty open wound cause of it through which the broken bone was visible, surreal experience

When I was a boy, I broke my left leg shin bone once, running down the stairs then falling.

A couple of years ago, I broke my left upper arm bone when using a gym machine incorrectly because I was second hand high.

I never worked-out, but if i did I would always stay away from gym machines. Too scary

machines are for noobs so they're designed to be as safe as possible. the weight plate stuff is much more dangerous.
