He uploaded it onto YouTube a couple of weeks ago but took it down. He was dressed up in a clown suit and had the make up and wig on too. He sat on a couch and started talking about how he was sorry for abusing faggots and foids. I think he was being sarcastic, the video didn't make a whole lot of sense.
