I do. When I was a kid I used to be so happy when the day started. I was full of life and energy. Not anymore...

Yeah but I always lie in and go back to sleep for another two to three hours when I wake up and by then it's not an issue.

Nope. Even when I'm sleep deprived. I get grumpier as the day goes on though (and it's not because of exhaustion/energy drainage)

Not sure cause I'm always alone but I'd say I'm always grumpy cause the only person i talk to is my mom and she's has dementia and I'm constantly annoyed
