I am going to buy this for him
I would like to give him a spelling lesson, imagine there are users on this forum who have English as a second language and understand it better than NeetFag who has it as his first language.
NeetFag there are 3 versions of the word "there".
For example when saying "The car is over there" you use "there".
If you are talking about something belonging to someone you use "their", for example, "Their car is blue".
Then if you want to use a shortened version of "There are" you can say "They're" for example "They're good at spelling". As things stand you would use "There" in that sentence.
